基于大数据平台的甘肃省居民常见病监测结果分析

摘要
目的 基于健康大数据平台揭示甘肃省居民主要病种,挖掘人群健康状况的新变化,为建立精准的疾病监测体系和预警机制,探索医防协同、医防融合的实施路径提供依据.方法 抽取大数据平台2018-2022年甘肃省居民全量就诊信息,采用Oracle数据库完成就诊数据的统计及病种排序.结果 呼吸系统疾病是门诊最主要的病种,就诊人次数连续几年在较高水平波动.门诊疾病排序上升最明显的病种是:2型糖尿病和屈光不正.腰椎间盘突出和冠心病是住院最主要的病种,住院疾病排序上升明显的病种是:2型糖尿病、脑梗死和慢性阻塞性肺病伴有急性加重.结论 呼吸系统疾病和2型糖尿病在门诊和住院中均占有较大比例,应成为重点监测病种.对门诊和住院病种分别进行监测,可以更好地揭示疾病的规律.
Abstract
Objective Based on the health big data platform,reveal the main diseases of residents in Gansu Province,explore new changes in the health status of the population,and provide a basis for establishing a precise disease monitoring system and early warning mechanism,exploring the implementation path of medical prevention collaboration and integration.Methods Extract the complete medical information of residents in Gansu Province on the big data platform from 2018 to 2022,and use Oracle database to complete statistics and disease sorting of medical data.Results Respiratory system diseases were the main type of outpatient disease,and the number of visits had fluctuated at a high level for several consecutive years.The diseases with the most obvious increase in outpatient disease ranking were type 2 diabetes and ametropia.Lumbar disc herniation and coronary heart disease were the most important diseases in hospital.The diseases with obvious increase in the order of hospitalized diseases were:type 2 diabetes,cerebral infarction and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation.Conclusion Respiratory diseases and type 2 diabetes account for a large proportion in outpatient and inpatient services,and should be the focus of monitoring diseases.Monitoring outpatient and inpatient diseases separately can better reveal the patterns of diseases.
