摘要
随着健康中国战略推进,建设职业病防治技术支撑体系是对职业病防治工作提出的更高要求.通过对利益相关者进行分析,明确各类职业病防治技术支撑机构的具体职责、功能定位和重点任务,了解不同机构的实际困难和需求.围绕体系建设的中心任务和薄弱环节,提出加强建设基础设施、设备和专业人才队伍,提升技术支撑体系能力,发挥各级卫生健康行政部门的引领、协调和保障作用,完善体制机制,落实政策措施,激发各方在体系内的主动性、积极性和创造性等建议,为全面提升我国职业病防治工作作出贡献.
Abstract
Along with the progress of Healthy China Strategy,the building of technical support system is a higher requirement for occupational disease prevention and treatment.Through analyzing the stakeholder,clarifying the specific responsibilities,functional positioning,and key tasks of various occupational disease prevention and treatment technical support institutions,understanding the actual difficulties and needs of different institutions.Centering on the main tasks and weakness link to the system construction,it is necessary to strengthen the building of basic facility equipment and professional work team,improve the capacity of technical support system,give full play to the leading,coordinating and ensuring roles of health administrative departments at all levels,refine the systematic mechanism,implement policies and measurements,stimulate the initiative,enthusiasm and creativity of all stakeholders,therefore contribute to the overall improve of occupational disease prevention and treatment work in China.
