摘要
目的 评估我国乡镇卫生院在时间和空间上的医疗资源配置与服务利用的协调发展情况,并研究其在时间和空间上的协同发展特性.方法 运用熵值法、相对发展模型对2017-2021年全国乡镇卫生院相关数据进行分析.结果 我国乡镇卫生院医疗资源配置与服务利用整体趋于失调,2017-2021年全国乡镇卫生院两个因素的耦合协调度从0.30下降至0.27.2021年,全国29个省份中仍有26个处于不平衡状态.其中,18个省份的医疗资源分配落后于服务利用.相比之下,中部地区的协调发展和耦合性更强,优势明显.结论 为实现资源配置与服务利用的协调发展,应根据实际情况合理配置医疗资源、优化供需平衡,提升服务效能,进一步提升医疗资源和服务的耦合发展.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the coordinated development of medical resource allocation and service utilization in time and space in township health centers in China,and to study their synergistic development characteristics in time and space.Methods The entropy method and relative development model were used to analyze the relevant data of township health centers nationwide from 2017 to 2021.Results The overall trend of medical resource allocation and service utilization in township health centers in China tended to be unbalanced.From 2017 to 2021,the coupling coordination index of two factors in township health centers nationwide decreased from 0.30 to 0.27.In 2021,out of the 29 provinces,there were still 26 provinces in an unbalanced state,with 18 provinces having a lagging distribution of medical resources compared to service utilization.In contrast,the central region showed stronger coordinated development and coupling advantages.Conclusion In order to achieve coordinated development of resource allocation and service utilization,it is necessary to reasonably allocate medical resources according to actual conditions,optimize supply-demand balance,improve service efficiency,and further enhance the coupled development of medical resources and services.
