摘要
目的 分析2017-2021年广东省卫生资源配置与经济高质量发展耦合协调状况,为提升其耦合协调水平提供参考依据.方法 采用耦合协调度模型,对广东省卫生资源配置与经济高质量发展耦合协调进行时序和空间分析.结果 时序维度上,广东省珠三角、粤东、粤西和粤北地区卫生资源配置水平约分别维持在0.333、0.108、0.197、0.154,经济高质量发展水平约分别维持在0.330、0.090、0.102、0.096.空间维度上,广东省珠三角、粤东、粤西和粤北地区卫生资源配置与经济高质量发展耦合协调水平分别为0.535、0.349、0.329、0.308,整体呈"珠三角＞粤西＞粤北＞粤东"分布特征,而各地区耦合协调类型大致呈"n"型分布格局.结论 广东省两子系统发展水平不完全匹配、耦合协调水平亟待提高且存在地域差异,应科学合理配置卫生资源,多渠道加快经济高质量发展,同时深化地区间合作与互联互通.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the coupling and coordination status between health resource allocation and high-quality economic development in Guangdong Province from 2017 to 2021,and provide reference for improving its coupling and coordination level.Methods Using a coupling coordination degree model,a temporal and spatial analysis was conducted on the coupling coordination between health resource allocation and high quality economic development in Guangdong Province.Results In terms of temporal dimension,the allocation level of health resources in the Pearl River Delta,eastern,western,and northern regions of Guangdong Province remained around 0.333,0.108,0.197,and 0.154,respectively,while the level of high-quality economic development remained around 0.330,0.090,0.102,and 0.096,respectively.In terms of spatial dimensions,the coupling and coordination levels of health resource allocation and high quality economic development in the Pearl River Delta,eastern,western,and northern regions of Guangdong Province were 0.535,0.349,0.329,and 0.308,respectively,showing an overall distribution pattern of"Pearl River Delta＞western Guangdong＞northern Guangdong＞eastern Guangdong",while the coupling and coordination types in each city roughly followed an n-shaped distribution pattern.Conclusion The development level of the two subsystems in Guangdong Province is not completely matched,and the level of coupling and coordination urgently needs to be improved,with regional differences.Health resources should be scientifically and reasonably allocated,and high quality economic development should be accelerated through multiple channels.At the same time,regional cooperation and interconnection should be deepened.
