Research on residents'awareness and influencing factors of national basic public health service program

摘要
目的 调查国家基本公共卫生服务项目的居民知晓情况,分析其影响因素.方法 采用配额抽样,于2021年、2022年对某地区2 520名居民进行现场问卷调查,采用描述性分析、x2检验、多因素二元logistic回归分析数据.结果 2021年、2022年总知晓率分别是74.8％、71.6％,差异无统计学意义(P＜0.05).2021年知晓率最高的项目是预防接种,为92.0％;2022年知晓率最高的项目是老年人健康管理,为83.2％.居民知晓途径主要为基层医疗卫生机构宣传栏和医生告知.人群类别、患慢性病、购买商业保险情况、接受服务情况是总知晓率的影响因素(P＜0.05),老年人、待业/下岗居民的总知晓率较低.结论 建议加强对待业/下岗、老年人的宣传教育,开展多渠道差异化的宣传,以改善居民的知晓情况.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the residents'awareness of the national basic public health service program and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Quota sampling was selected to conducton-site investigation on 2 520 residents in 2021 and 2022,and data were analyzed using descriptive analysis,x2 test,and multifactorial binary logistic regression.Results In 2021 and 2022,the total knowledge rate were 74.8％and 71.6％respectively,with no statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The highest knowledge rate in 2021 was for vaccination,at 92.0％;and the highest knowledge rate in 2022 was for health management for the elderly,at 83.2％.The main channels of awareness for the residents were the bulletin boards/notices of primary health care organizations and the information from doctors.The type of population,whether they had chronic diseases,purchased commercial insurance,and whether received services were the influencing factors of the total knowledge rate(P＜0.05),and the total knowledge rate was lower for the elderly and the unemployed/laid-off residents.Conclusion It is recommended to strengthen the focus of publicity and education for the unemployed/laid-off and the elderly,and to carry out multi-channel differentiated publicity to improve the knowledge of the residents of the national basic public health service program.
