摘要
在人口结构发生变化的背景下,社会对3岁以下婴幼儿照护服务的需求日益增长.温州市着力打造开放、共享、交互、协作的数字化婴幼儿照护平台,构建"一舱三端"场景界面,探索婴幼儿照护"互联网+慧养慧育""互联网+备案监管""互联网+统计决策""互联网+培训宣教"等服务管理模式.平台纵向推进省级、县级数据高效联通,横向推进跨部门数据共享,实现了机构可视化、流程掌上办、部门科学管,全市备案托育机构和托位数处于全省前列,并进一步完善了0～3岁婴幼儿照护服务管理,为高质量建设发展共同富裕示范区,构建儿童友好城市奠定坚实基础.
Abstract
In the context of demographic changes,the social demand for care services for infants and children under 3 years of age is growing.Wenzhou strives to build an open,shared,interactive and collaborative digital platform for infant and child care,and build a"One-cabin,three-terminal"scene interface,to explore the service management models of"Internet+wisdom cultivation","Internet+record-keeping supervision","Internet+statistical decision-making"and"Internet+training and education"in infant and child care.The platform vertically promotes efficient data connectivity at the provincial and county levels,horizontally promotes cross-departmental data sharing,and realizes organization visualization,process management on the palm,and scientific management of departments,the number of registered childcare institutions and the number of pupil places in the whole city is in the forefront of the province,further improving the management of 0-3-year-old infant and child care services,laying a solid foundation for high-quality construction and development of common prosperity model area,and building a child-friendly city.
