摘要
目的 了解佛山市高明区中小学生超重、肥胖和营养不良现况,为健康干预提供依据.方法 以高明区5所中小学校在校学生为调查对象,按照国家有关标准进行身体测量和指标判断,对检测数据进行统计学描述和分析.结果 2019-2022年中小学生总体超重率、肥胖率和营养不良率分别为9.99％、7.21％和12.72％,男生均高于女性.不同性别中小学生超重率和肥胖率差异有统计学意义(x2=5.575、41.892,P＜0.05).小学、初中与高中学生肥胖率和营养不良率差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).肥胖率与年龄增加呈负关系关系(r肥胖=-0.758,P＜0.05).结论 超重、肥胖和营养不良是该区中小学生长期共存的健康问题,应不断加强健康教育与干预工作,提高学生的健康水平.
Abstract
Objective To understand the current situation of overweight,obesity,and malnutrition among primary and secondary school students in Gaoming District of Foshan,and to provide a basis for health intervention.Methods The students in five primary and secondary schools in Gaoming District were selected as the survey subjects,and physical measurements and indicator judgments were conducted according to relevant national standards.The test data were described and analyzed statistically.Results The overall overweight,obesity,and malnutrition rates among primary and secondary school students from 2019 to 2022 were 9.99％,7.21％,and 12.72％,respectively,with boys being higher than girls.The gender differences in overweight and obesity rates were statistically significant(x=5.575 and 41.892,respectively,P＜0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in obesity and malnutrition rates among primary,secondary,and high school students(P＜0.05).There is a negative relationship between obesity rate and age increase(rObesity=-0.758,P＜0.05).Conclusion Overweight,obesity,and malnutrition are long-term coexisting health problems among primary and secondary school students in this area.It is necessary to continuously strengthen health education and intervention work to improve the health level of the students.
