摘要

目的 了解济阳区小学四年级及以上学生的伤害预防知识与技能现状及影响因素,为当地制订儿童青少年伤害干预策略与措施提供依据.方法 采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,在该区所有中小学中抽取小学四年级及以上学生3 170人并对其进行问卷调查,收集学生伤害相关知识、态度和行为信息;采用二元logistic回归分析三方面的影响因素.结果 学生伤害相关知识、态度和行为的得分合格率分别为88.52%、95.19%和96.96%.性别、亲子沟通平均时间、年级影响知识得分;性别、亲子沟通方式影响态度得分;性别、年级和主要照料者文化程度影响行为得分(P<0.05).结论 继续采用多种干预活动对伤害预防和处理行为进行重点培训,对六大类学生群体进行重点干预,同时重点加强亲子沟通,从而提升儿童青少年伤害预防知识和技能水平.

Abstract

Objectives To understand the current situation and influencing factors of injury prevention knowledge and skills among students in grade four and above in Jiyang District of Jinan,so as to provide a basis for formulating local injury intervention strategies and measures for children and adolescents.Methods By using multi-stage stratified random sampling method,3 170 students in grade four and above in all primary and secondary schools in the district were selected for questionnaire survey,and the information about injury knowledge,attitude and behavior was collected.A binary logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors in the three aspects.Results The passing rates of students'injury knowledge,attitude and behavior were 88.52%,95.19%and 96.96%,respectively.Gender,parent-child communication time and grade were the influencing factors of the knowledge score.Gender and parent-child communication style were the influencing factors of the attitude score.Gender,grade and primary caregivers'education level were the influencing factors of the behavioral scores(P<0.05).Conclusion It's necessary to continue to use a variety of intervention activities to focus on injury prevention and management behavior training,focus on six categories of student groups strengthening parent-child communication,so as to improve the level of injury prevention knowledge and skills of children and adolescents.
