摘要
目的 了解贵阳市常住居民2021年恶性肿瘤死亡流行特征,评估恶性肿瘤带来的寿命损失情况.方法 通过"全国人口死亡信息登记报告管理系统"收集2021年1月1日-12月31日死亡居民的个案信息,分析贵阳市恶性肿瘤死亡水平、死因顺位及寿命损失情况.结果 2021年贵阳市因恶性肿瘤死亡人数6 765人,死亡率138.92/10万,占总死亡人数的23.22％.男性死亡率165.27/10万,女性死亡率110.51/10万.城市居民死亡率138.88/10万,农村居民死亡率139.02/10万.贵阳市恶行肿瘤前五位死因分别为肺癌、肝癌、结直肠癌、胃癌、胰腺癌.因恶性肿瘤造成的潜在减寿年数为82 681人年,潜在减寿率为16.98‰,平均减寿年数为15.85年/人.其中,前五位恶性肿瘤造成的潜在减寿年数为46 735人年,占全部恶性肿瘤的56.52％.结论 肺癌、肝癌、结直肠癌、胰腺癌、胃癌以及女性的乳腺癌是导致2021年贵阳市居民寿命损失的恶性肿瘤,应加大上述六类恶性肿瘤的防控力度.
Abstract
Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics of Malignant neoplasms deaths among permanent residents of Guiyang in 202land assess the loss of life caused by malignant neoplasms.Method To collect information of deaths from January 1 to December 31,2021 through the"National Population Death Information Registration Report Management System",and to analyze the level of malignant neoplasm deaths,rank order of causes of death,and loss of life among the permanent residents of Guiyang.Results Guiyang reported 6765 deaths because of malignant neoplasms in 2021,with a mortality rate of 138.92/105,accounting for 23.22％of the total deaths.Male mortality was 165.27/105,female mortality rate was 110.51/105.The mortality rate of urban residents was 138.88/105,rural residents was 139.02/105.The top five causes of death were lung cancer,liver cancer,colorectal cancer,gastric cancer,and pancreatic cancer.The life loss caused by malignant neoplasms in Guiyang was 82 681(personxyears),potential years of life lost rate(PYLLR)was 16.89‰ and average years of life lost(AYLL)was 15.85(year/person).Among them,the loss of life caused by the top five important malignancies was 46 735(personxyears),accounting for 56.52％of all malignant neoplasms deaths.Conclusions Lung cancer,liver cancer,colorectal cancer,pancreatic cancer,gastric cancer,and breast cancer in women are the key malignant neoplasms leading to the loss of life expectancy of residents in Guiyang in 2021,and prevention and control of the above six types of malignant neoplasms should be strengthened.
