摘要
随着信息化时代的深入,传统的管理方式已不再适应现代化疾控中心的日常运作需求.设计一种综合管理信息系统,通过整合流程、物资、个人事务管理等关键功能,实现信息化管理的全面覆盖,并构建了员工个人电子档案以促进高效管理.系统采用可定制的流程定义、表单设计以及支持在线协作和版本控制的文档处理技术,确保易用性和准确性.实践表明,该系统集成提高了疾控中心的管理能力和工作效率,增强了管理透明度和规范性.
Abstract
With the deepening of the information age,traditional management methods are no longer able to meet the daily operational needs of organizations.This study aims to design a new comprehensive management information system that covers functions such as process,material,knowledge,and personal affairs management,fully covering organizational information management.Additionally,it establishes individual electronic records for employees,aiding in efficient management.Utilizing flexible configuration of process definitions,form designs,and techniques such as retaining modification traces for online document edits,the system ensures customizability,usability,and accuracy.Practical application has demonstrated significant enhancements in disease control management capabilities,work efficiency,transparency,and standardization.
