摘要
通过对天津市突发公共卫生事件下医院感染防控工作实践的总结,形成医院感染防控的固化工作模式,为应对突发公共卫生事件中的医院感染防控提供经验借鉴.应明确突发公共卫生事件下医院感染防控需要从完善组织架构、建立制度和流程、理顺工作机制等方面精准发力,结合监测预警、督导反馈、培训指导等多项措施,做到多维度齐发力,从而强化感染防控能力,提升医院感染事件处置的规范性、机动性和灵活性,有效降低医院感染事件的发生风险,提升医疗质量和安全水平.
Abstract
By summarizing the work practice of hospital infection prevention and control during the public health emergencies in Tianjin,a solidified work model of hospital infection prevention and control is formed to provide experience for dealing with hospital infection prevention and control during public health emergencies.It should be clear that the prevention and control of hospital infection under public health emergencies need to make precise efforts to improve the organizational structure,establish systems and processes,and rationalize the work mechanism,combined with monitoring and early warning,supervision and feedback,training and guidance,and other measures to achieve multi-dimensional force,so as to strengthen the ability of infection prevention and control and improve the standardization,mobility,and flexibility of the disposal of hospital infection events,effectively reduce the risk of the occurrence of hospital-induced events and enhance the quality and safety of medical care.
