摘要
院前疫情防控期间医疗废物处置全过程存在易感环节多、传染风险高等问题.以《医疗废物管理条例》等规范要求为指导依据,针对性提出改进对策并制定医疗废物处置流程,着重观察2022年1月1日-10月31日疫情防控管理区产生的医疗废物,分析非专业医务人员、专业医务人员处置医疗废物环节的不足.通过横向对比同类医疗废物处置问题结果,非专业医务人员问题占91.55％,专业医务人员问题占8.45％,表明非专业医务人员医疗废物处置问题发生率远高于专业医务人员,由专业医务人员处置疫情防控闭环管理区的医疗废物能够有效降低问题的发生率,减少医疗废物二次感染的风险.
Abstract
There are many susceptible links and high risk of infection in the whole process of medical waste disposal during prehospital epidemic prevention and control.Based on the requirements of the Regulations on Medical Waste Management and other norms,the improvement countermeasures were proposed and the disposal process of medical waste was formulated,focusing on the medical waste generated in the epidemic prevention and control management area from January 1 to October 31,2022,and the deficiencies in the disposal of medical waste by non-professional medical personnel and professional medical personnel were analyzed.Through horizontal comparison of the results of similar medical waste disposal problems,the problems of non-professional medical personnel accounted for 91.55％,and those of professional medical personnel accounted for 8.45％,indicating that the incidence of medical waste disposal problems of non-professional medical personnel was much higher than that of professional medical personnel,and the disposal of medical waste by professional medical personnel in the closed-loop management area of epidemic prevention and control could effectively reduce the incidence of problems and the risk of secondary infection of medical waste.
