我国卫生应急保障体系建设探究

摘要
卫生应急保障是卫生应急管理的重要内容,是处置突发公共卫生事件的关键环节,发挥着至关重要的支撑作用.为探究我国卫生应急保障体系建设,对卫生标志标识、应急服装与个人携行装备、应急队伍建设与管理、应急物资储备4个方面进行梳理研究.目前,我国虽已形成较为完善的卫生应急保障体系,但仍需加强卫生应急队伍建设与管理、健全卫生应急物资储备机制,为突发公共卫生事件提供强有力的保障支撑,全面提升我国卫生应急管理能力.
Abstract
Health emergency security which plays a vital supporting role is an important content of health emergency management and a key link in the disposal of public health emergencies.In order to explore the construction of health emergency security system in China,a carding research is conducted on four aspects:hygiene symbol marking,emergency clothing and personal carrying equipment,emergency response team construction and management and emergency material reserve.At present,a more completed health emergency security system in China has basically formed,but it still need to strengthen the construction and management of health emergency team,improve the health emergency material reserve mechanism to provide strong protection support in public health emergencies and comprehensively enhance the capabilities of health emergency management in China.
