摘要
目的 探究宁海县基层公共卫生人员的工作满意度及影响因素,提出改进建议.方法 采用问卷调查法对宁海县基层医疗卫生机构中从事公共卫生的人员进行调查,对结果进行独立样本t检验、方差分析和多元线性回归.结果 调查对象的总体工作满意度得分为(3.37±1.00)分.其中,薪酬福利维度得分最低,为(3.22±1.13)分.多因素分析结果显示,薪酬福利、考核制度、工作环境、人员关系、职业发展、组织管理均对工作满意度有正向影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 建议从完善薪酬福利、拓宽职业发展通道、健全考核制度、完善组织管理、提升工作环境、加强人员关系维护等角度,帮助基层公共卫生人员提升工作满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the job satisfaction and influencing factors of primary public health personnel in Ninghai County,and to put forward suggestions for improvement.Methods The questionnaire method was used to survey the personnel engaged in public health in 15 primary healthcare institutions in Ninghai County,and the results of the survey were analysed by t-test,F-test and Multiple linear regression.Results The job satisfaction score of survey subjects was(3.37±l.00),of which compensation and benefits score was the lowest(3.22±1.13).The results of multifactor analysis showed that compensation and benefits,appraisal system,working environment,personnel relationships,career development,and organisational management all had a statistically significant positive effect on the job satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion It is proposed to help primary public health personnel enhance their job satisfaction from the perspectives of improving remuneration and benefits,broadening career development paths,improving assessment systems,perfecting organisational management systems,upgrading the working environment for personnel and strengthening personnel relationship maintenance.
