摘要
院前医疗急救是急诊急救医疗工作中至关重要的一环,是抢救生命、减少伤残的重要保障,一直被社会和公众所关注.通过梳理云浮市院前医疗急救服务的现状,针对院前医疗急救网络服务半径不合理、救护车3分钟出车率未能达到95％、院前医疗急救实际可调度救护车不足、急救设备不完善、院前急救人力资源匮乏、急救人员技能水平不高等实际存在问题,结合云浮市实际情况并借鉴国内外成功经验,提出科学做好急救网络医院布局、建立急救人才培训体系、加强全民普及急救知识、加大对院前急救投入力度等对策建议,推进开展云浮市院前医疗急救工作,进一步提升院前医疗急救服务水平,保障人民生命安全.
Abstract
Pre-hospital medical first aid is a vital part of emergency medical work.It is an important guarantee for saving lives and reducing disability and it has always been concerned by the society and the public.By sorting out the current situation of pre-hospital medical first aid services in Yunfu City,in view of the actual problems such as the service radius of the pre-hospital medical first aid network is unreasonable,the ambulance dispatch rate within 3 minutes fails to reach 95％,the actual dispatchable ambulances for pre-hospital medical first aid are insufficient,the emergency equipments are insufficient,the lack of pre-hospital first aid human resources and low skill level of first aid personnel,combining with the actual situation of our city and drawing on successful experiences at home and abroad,it is proposed to scientifically lay out emergency network hospitals,establish an emergency personnel training system,and strengthen the national emergency response system,popularize first aid knowledge,increase investment in pre-hospital first aid and other countermeasures and suggestions,to promote the Yunfu City's pre-hospital medical first aid work,further improve the level of pre-hospital medical first aid services,and ensure the safety of people's lives.
