大湾区居民生育意愿的对策建议研究

摘要
剖析大湾区居民生育意愿的现状及影响因素,探讨影响大湾区居民生育意愿的问题,提出促进其生育的对策建议,提升居民生育意愿.大湾区居民的生育意愿受年龄、性别、户籍、文化程度、婚育状态、工作强度、经济收入、家庭幸福感、社会阶层、性行为特征等多种因素影响,其生育意愿未完全释放.建议政府实施精细化政策设计,对重点人群提供倾斜支持,优化生育和教育资源供给,减轻经济与住房压力,提升公共服务,宣扬正确的传统生育观念,提升婚姻满意度,提供符合居民需求的生育支持政策,促进入口长期均衡发展.
Abstract
Analyzing the current status and influencing factors of fertility intentions among residents in the Greater Bay Area,exploring the issues affecting their fertility intentions and proposing strategies to promote childbirth,in order to enhance the fertility intentions.The fertility intentions of residents in the Greater Bay Area are influenced by a variety of factors including age,gender,household registration,educational level,marital and childbearing status,work intensity,economic income,family happiness,social class,sexual behavior characteristics,etc,with their fertility intentions not being fully realized.It is recommended that the government implements refined policy designs,provides targeted support to key populations,optimizes the supply of childbirth and educational resources,alleviates economic and housing pressures,enhances public services,promotes correct traditional fertility views,improves marital satisfaction,and provides fertility support policies that meet residents'needs,promotes long-term balanced population development.
