摘要
目的 构建省级妇幼健康信息系统评价指标体系.方法 采用文献检索法、德尔菲法和层次分析法相结合的形式确定评价指标体系的内容及其权重赋值.结果 构建的省级妇幼健康信息系统评价指标体系,包括功能性、可用性、安全性、可扩展性、可维护性、成效性、互联互通性和信息质量共8个一级指标、23个二级指标和40个三级指标的三阶层次结构模型及各指标权重.结论 指标体系构建过程科学合理,内容全面,可以用于省级妇幼健康信息系统的评价,为进一步信息化工作评价奠定了基础.
Abstract
Objective To establish an evaluation index system for provincial maternal and children health information system.Methods Using a combination of bibliographic retrieval,Delphi method and analytical hierarchical process,to establish the contents and their weight coefficients of the evaluation index system.Results The evaluation index system of provincial maternal and children health information was constructed,including 8 primary indicators(functionality,usability,security,extensibility,maintainability,effectiveness,connectivity and information quality),23 secondary indicators and 40 tertiary indicators.Conclusion The construction process of evaluation index system is scientifically reasonable and comprehensive in content.It is feasible to use this system to evaluate provincial information system of maternal and children health and it sets the foundation of further optimization of the health information system.
