黑龙江省免疫规划信息化发展历程、运行机制及展望

摘要
随着我国信息化社会的快速发展,信息化管理在预防接种工作中发挥着日益重要的作用.信息化管理不仅提高了预防接种工作的效率和安全性,也为儿童家长提供了更加便捷、精准的预防接种服务体验.目前,随着黑龙江省免疫规划信息管理系统的使用,黑龙江省预防接种单位信息化管理覆盖率达100％.黑龙江省预防接种单位均实现了疫苗全程可追溯工作,实施了扫描电子监管码出入库和扫码接种.面临的问题包括:个别预防接种单位疫苗接种率的统计功能尚不完善;儿童入托入学接种证查验功能尚未纳入信息化管理.未来,黑龙江省将加快免疫规划信息系统与其他各领域信息系统的高度融合,进一步加快数字化、智慧化接种门诊建设,不断提升预防接种服务能力.
Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology in China,information management plays an increasingly important role in vaccination work.The information management technology improves the efficiency and safety of vaccination work,and provides parents with a more convenient and accurate vaccination service experience.At present,with the use of the Immunization Planning Information Management System in Heilongjiang Province,the coverage rate of information management in vaccination units in Heilongjiang Province has reached 100％.All vaccination units in Heilongjiang Province have achieved full traceability of vaccines,and implemented scanning of electronic supervision codes for entry and exit,as well as scanning of vaccination codes.The problems include the statistical functions of individual vaccine coverage rates are not yet perfect;the verification function of children's enrollment vaccination certificates has not yet been included in information management.In the future,Heilongjiang Province will accelerate the highly integrated immunization planning information system with other information systems in various fields,further accelerate the construction of digital and intelligent vaccination clinics,and continuously improve the capacity of vaccination services.
