生活饮用水总硬度检测能力验证及评价
Verification and evaluation of total hardness testing ability in drinking water

摘要
目的 通过实验室间比对的方法,分析和评价湖南省市、县两级疾病预防控制中心实验室生活饮用水中总硬度的检测能力.方法 采用分层随机抽样的方法选取60家疾病预防控制中心实验室作为研究对象,并对其检测能力进行评价;采用稳健统计方法对测定结果进行分析,根据检测能力验证z值对检测结果进行判定,并绘制z值分布图.结果 共59家实验室上报检测结果,检测结果为满意值的实验室占77.97%,可疑值占8.47%,离群值占13.56%.市、县两级疾病预防控制中心实验室生活饮用水中总硬度检测能力差异无统计学意义(Z=-0.197,P>0.05).检测能力验证z值空间分布图显示,湖南省北部和西部z值较大,东部和南部z值较小.结论 湖南省疾病预防控制中心实验室生活饮用水中总硬度检测能力基本满足要求,部分实验室的检测能力还有待进一步改善.
Abstract
Objective Based on inter-laboratory comparison,analyzing and evaluating the ability of detecting total hardness in drinking water at the municipal and county Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Hunan Province.Methods According to stratified random sampling method,a total of 60 laboratories were selected for capacity verification.The robust statistical method was used to analyze the testing results,and the z-values were verified based on the detection capability to determine the detection results,and a distribution map of z-values was drawn.Results A total of 59 laboratories reported their results,among which 77.97%had satisfactory results,8.47%had suspicious values,13.56%had outliers.There was no statistical significance in the difference between the total hardness of drinking water for municipal and county laboratories(Z=-0.197,P>0.05).The spatial distribution map of z-values of detecting ability showed that the z-values were larger in the north and west,while the z-values were smaller in the east and south.Conclusions The ability of detecting total hardness in drinking water for laboratories in Hunan province is generally meet the requirements,but some laboratories still need to be further improved.
