摘要
目的 调查围绝经期女性健康状况,为实施健康管理策略提供科学依据.方法 2020年6月—2023年6月采用分层整体抽样方法于浙江省岱山县第一人民医院抽取360名围绝经期女性作为调查对象.采用面对面问卷方式对所有调查对象的基线资料及健康状况进行调查,采用Spearman等级相关及二元logistic回归进行分析.结果 围绝经期综合征发病率为43.33％.是否患有围绝经期综合征与年龄、文化程度、体育锻炼频率、月经状况、睡眠状况、是否患有糖尿病等慢性病、家庭关系(r=0.264、0.121、0.259、0.266、0.228、0.185、0.186)等因素均呈正相关(P＜0.001).年龄较大、较少体育锻炼、月经状况较差、患有糖尿病等慢性病均为影响健康状况的因素.结论 岱山县围绝经期女性综合征发病率较低,但仍需针对各项影响因素进行积极干预,从而切实做好围绝经期女性的保健工作.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the health status of perimenopausal women in Daishan County,and to provide scientific basis for the implementation of reasonable health management strategies.Methods Between June 2020 and June 2023,360 cases of perimenopausal women were sampled in Daishan County First People's Hospital using stratified whole sampling method for inclusion.A face-to-face questionnaire was used to investigate the baseline information and health status of all included subjects,which was analyzed using Spearman's method and binary logistic regression.Results The prevalence of perimenopausal syndrome was 43.33％.The presence of perimenopausal syndrome was positively correlated(P＜0.001)with age(r=0.264),literacy(r=0.121),physical activity level(r=0.259),menstrual status(r=0.266),sleep status(r=0.228),and the presence of a chronic disease such as diabetes(r=0.185),family relationships(r=0.186).Older age,lower level of physical activity,poorer menstrual status and chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus were correlates of health status.Conclusion The prevalence of perimenopausal syndrome among perimenopausal women in Daishan County is relatively low,but active interventions are still needed to address the influencing factors,so as to effectively improve the health care of perimenopausal women.
