惠州市长宁镇老年人内在能力与生命质量相关性研究

摘要
目的 探讨乡村老年人的内在能力与生命质量相关性,为提高老年人健康素养和水平提供参考依据.方法 2023年8-9月,采用分层随机抽样的方法选取惠州市博罗县长宁镇≥60岁的老年人作为调查对象,采用Pearson积矩相关分析和线性回归探讨其内在能力与生命质量的相关性.结果 长宁镇老年人内在能力得分为(4.64±1.25)分、生命质量健康效用值为0.98±0.02.内在能力中,内在能力总分(r=0.509,P=0.001)、抑郁(r=0.241,P=0.001)、听力(r=0.215,P=0.002)、运动(r=0.448,P＜0.001)、视力(r=0.323,P＜0.001)、营养(r=0.345,P＜0.001)维度与生命质量效用值呈正相关.线性回归分析结果显示,内在能力得分是生命质量效用值的独立影响因素.结论 生命质量的提升与内在能力的提高有关,应加强老年人内在能力的干预和管理,从而提高老年人的生命质量,促进健康老龄化.
Abstract
Objective Exploring the correlation between the intrinsic abilities and quality of life of elderly people in rural areas,providing reference for improving their health literacy and level.Methods From August to September 2023,a stratified random sampling method was used to select elderly people aged ≥60 in Changning Town,Boluo County,Huizhou City as survey subjects.Pearson product moment correlation analysis and linear regression were used to explore the correlation between their intrinsic abilities and quality of life.Results The elderly in Changning Town had intrinsic ability scores of 4.64±1.25 and quality of life and health utility value of 0.98±0.02.In intrinsic abilities,the total score of intrinsic abilities(r=0.509,P=0.001),depression(r=0.241,P=0.001),hearing(r=0.215,P=0.002),exercise(r=0.448,P＜0.001),vision(r=0.323,P＜0.001),and nutrition(r=0.345,P＜0.001)dimensions were positively correlated with the utility value of quality of life.The results of linear regression analysis showed that intrinsic ability score was an independent influencing factor on the utility value of quality of life.Conclusion The improvement of quality of life is related to the improvement of internal abilities.Intervention and management of the internal abilities of the elderly should be strengthened to improve their quality of life and promote healthy aging.
