永康地区精神疾病患者梅毒感染现况调查及管理策略分析

摘要
目的 调查永康地区精神疾病患者梅毒感染现状,分析影响精神疾病患者感染梅毒的影响因素,并为实施防控管理策略提供参考.方法 采用系统抽样法选取869例精神疾病患者作为研究对象,对研究对象进行梅毒抗体检测,收集患者基线资料,分析其梅毒感染情况,采用二元logistic回归分析精神疾病患者感染梅毒的影响因素.结果 研究对象中,感染梅毒65例,占7.48％.男性梅毒感染阳性率高于女性,差异有统计学意义(x2=5.837,P＜0.05).20～＜30岁的阳性率低于≥50岁的阳性率,差异有统计学意义(x2=10.399,P＜0.05).男性、年龄较高、文化程度较低、农民及性行为不健康均为精神疾病患者感染梅毒的影响因素.结论 永康地区精神疾病患者梅毒感染阳性率较高,男性、年龄较高、文化程度较低、农民及性行为不健康等均为高危因素,应针对相应因素进行有效管理及干预,以遏制梅毒流行.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of syphilis infection in patients with mental illness in Yongkang,analyze the relevant factors affecting patients'syphilis infection,and provide reference for the implementation of prevention and control management strategies.Methods 869 patients with mental illness were selected by systematic sampling method as the research subjects.Syphilis antibody tests were conducted,and baseline data were collected to analyze syphilis infection status.Binary logistic regression was used to analyze the factors influencing syphilis infection among these patients.Results Among the research subjects,65 cases(7.48％)were infected with syphilis.The positive rate of syphilis infection in males was higher than that in females(x2=5.837,P＜0.05).The positivity rate was lower for 20 to＜30 years than for ≥50 years(x2=10.399,P＜0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that males,higher age,lower education,farmers and unhealthy sexual behavior were associated factors affecting syphilis infection in patients with mental illness.Conclusion The positive rate of syphilis infection among patients with mental illness in Yongkang is high,among which male,higher age,lower education,farmers and unhealthy sexual behavior are high-risk factors,and effective management and intervention should be carried out for the corresponding factors to curb the prevalence of syphilis.
