摘要
目的 了解安顺市各县(区)疾病预防控制中心实验室能力建设现况,为疾病预防控制机构实验室能力建设提供参考依据.方法 调查6个县(区)疾病预防控制中心实验室能力建设情况,使用Excel 2013汇总并建立数据库,采用x2检验对数据进行分析.结果 实验室面积达标率为66.7％.A、B、C3类设备平均配置率分别为65.3％、61.0％、27.0％;A、B类检测能力平均开展率分别为44.5％、19.9％;基本配置和推荐配置设备平均配置率分别为46.6％、22.8％;必须具备和推荐开展检测能力平均开展率分别为32.4％、28.2％.A类和B类设备配置率、B类检测能力开展率、基本配置设备配置率、必须具备和推荐开展检测能力开展率等的差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 各县(区)疾病预防控制中心实验室能力建设与国家和省级要求存在较大差距,需进一步加强场地面积、人力资源、设备配置和检测能力等方面的建设.
Abstract
Objective To understand the current situation of laboratory capacity building of county/district Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC)in Anshun,and to provide reference for the reform of laboratory capacity building of CDC.Methods The laboratory capacity building of CDC in 6 counties/districts was investigated,the data were summarized and established by Excel 2013,and were analyzed by descriptive method.Results The laboratory area reached the standard rate of 66.7％.The average allocation rates of A,B and C types of equipment were 65.3％,61.0％and 27.0％respectively.The average development rates of class A and B detection capability were 44.5％and 19.9％,respectively.The average allocation rates of basic and recommended configurations were 46.6％and 22.8％,respectively.The average rates of required and recommended testing capability were 32.4％and 28.2％,respectively.There were statistically significant differences between the allocation rate of class A and B equipment,the development rate of Class B detection capability,the allocation rate of basic configuration equipment,and the development rate of required and recommended detection capability(P＜0.05).Conclusion There is a large gap between the laboratory capacity building of CDCs in each county/district and the national and provincial requirements,and the construction of site area,human resources,equipment configuration and detection capacity should be further strengthened.
