Objective Through the retrospective analysis on the HIV/AIDS prevention and control practitioners in the disease and control system at the provincial,city and county levels in 2018,providing the basis for further strengthening the human resources construction of HIV/AIDS prevention and control institutions.Methods By using Excel 2010 and SPSS 22.0 software,the data collected from the National Basic Information System for Disease Prevention and control in 2018 were statistically analyzed,and the human resource allocation of AIDS prevention and control in China was studied.Results In the nationwide disease prevention and control system,people aged 35-<55 years old were the main ones,and among the AIDS prevention and control practitioners in the county-level disease prevention and control institutions,the most professional and technical titles were junior titles and non-professional titles,the difference was statistically significant(x2=2 142.75,P<0.01),and the proportion of AIDS prevention and control personnel with technical secondary education or below was 20.05%.Conclusion In view of the opportunity of the reform of the disease control system,it is suggested that an effective incentive mechanism should be established to stabilize the existing talent team,strengthen personnel training and enhance the professional skill level of the existing personnel,improve the talent introduction systemto introduce high-level talent.
