Objective To provide reference for further research by analyzing the research status,hot spots and trends of precision service for the disabled in China.Methods A total of 295 core journal articles were retrieved in CNKI with 16 keywords such as"accurate service for the disabled",and the knowledge map was drawn by CiteSpace 6.2.R4 software,in which Q=0.729 5＞0.3,S=0.940 8＞0.7.Results The centrality of rehabilitation service was 14％,second only to the disabled(65％).Informatization and diversification of public services might be the further research direction of precise services for the disabled.In addition to rehabilitation,it was also necessary to fully understand other needs of the disabled.Cluster analysis showed that researchers were mainly engaged in health research and lack of cooperation with institutions in other fields,which limited the diversification of research topics.The analysis of prominent words revealed that research had begun to diversify after 2017,but it still needed to be refined and deepened.Conclusion In order to promote the development of precise services for the disabled,it is proposed to increase the research on the personalized needs of the disabled and invest manpower in the research of a more comprehensive and practical service mode,as well as carry out industry university research cooperation.
