摘要
目的 了解乳腺癌患者的生命质量及影响因素,为提高乳腺癌患者的生命质量提供参考.方法 采取简单随机抽样的办法,通过调查问卷收集2023年1-12月在山东省枣庄市立医院乳腺外科就诊的乳腺癌患者的一般人口学资料和生命质量资料.结果 不同年龄、文化程度、居住地、个人年收入、职业和医保类型的乳腺癌患者生命质量得分差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).经多因素分析,不同年龄、婚姻状况之间的乳腺癌患者生命质量得分差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 应重点关注来自农村地区、经济条件差、低龄、高龄和低文化程度的乳腺癌患者,加强乳腺癌筛查工作,做到疾病早筛查、早诊断和早康复,不断提高乳腺癌患者的就医体验、获得感和满意度,逐步提高乳腺癌患者的生命质量.
Abstract
Objective To understand the quality of life of mammary cancer patients in a hospital in Shandong Province and its influencing factors,so as to provide reliable suggestions for improving the quality of life of mammary cancer patients.Methods Simple random sampling method was used to collect the general demographic situation and quality of life data of mammary cancer patients who visited the mammary surgery department of Zaozhuang Municipal Hospital in Shandong Province from January to December 2023 through questionnaires.Results The scores of quality of life of mammary cancer patients were significantly different among different age groups,educational level,residential area,individual annual income status,occupational status and medical insurance form status(P＜0.05);through multi factor analysis,there were statistically significant differences in quality of life scores of mammary cancer patients between different age groups and marital status(P＜0.05).Conclusion It's necessary to focus on breast cancer patients from rural areas,poor economic conditions,young age,old age and low education level,and to strengthen breast cancer screening,achieve early disease screening,early diagnosis and early rehabilitation,constantly improve the medical experience,sense of gain and satisfaction of breast cancer patients,and gradually improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients.
