Objective To investigate mycoplasma pneumoniae infections in children and affecting the infection in children,so as to provide reference for scientific prevention and control.Methods A simple random sampling method was used to select 3 792 children with respiratory tract infections who visited Deqing County People's Hospital,Zhejiang Province,and used mycoplasma pneumoniae nucleic acid test from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the survey subjects,and the rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection was counted.Baseline data of the children were collected by face-to-face survey method,and binary logistic regression was used to analyze the factors affecting the occurrence of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in the children.Results Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection occurred in 1 368 children,with an infection rate of 36.08%.Older age,winter onset,lower parental literacy,lower monthly family income,lack of child health records,history of epidemic exposure,and passive smoking were all factors that influenced the development of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.Conclusion The infection rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae among children in Deqing County is high,and epidemiological investigations and publicity efforts should be strengthened to address the relevant influencing factors,and prevention and control strategies should be improved to reduce the infection rate.
