Objective To analyze the monitoring results of adverse events following immunization(AEFI)during measles component vaccine(MCV)vaccination in Duanzhou District of Zhaoqing City from 2021 to 2022.Methods The AEFI cases of MCV vaccination reported in Duanzhou District of Zhaoqing City from 2021 to 2022 were collected and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. Results A total of 28 022 doses of MCV were inoculated from 2021 to 2022,and 14 cases of AEFI were reported, including 12 cases of general reaction,1 case of abnormal reaction and 1 case of coupling disease. There was no significant difference in the incidence, classification, distribution characteristics, and clinical diagnosis of AEFI between 2021 and 2022(P>0.05).All 14 cases of AEFI were not serious. After effective intervention,6 cases were cured and 8 cases were improved. Conclusion The incidence of AEFI in MCV vaccination is less and the safety is better. The occurrence of AEFI is mainly a general reaction, the occurrence interval is≤1 day,and the male is relatively more.In the future,it is still necessary to strengthen the AEFI monitoring of MCV vaccination.
