Objective To analyze current status and influencing factors of cervical cancer screening services for appropriate age women in Tonglu County,Zhejiang Province,to provide reference for cervical cancer prevention and control.Methods Cluster sampling method was used to select 7 155 women of appropriate age from 3 communities in Tonglu County.The risk factors of cervical cancer screening service utilization were analyzed by questionnaire survey,chi-square test and binary logistic regression.Results The utilization rate of cervical cancer screening service was 39.01％in Tonglu County.21-34 years old,＞54-65 years old,primary school education or below and per capita monthly family income＜3 000 yuan were the risk factors(P＜0.05)appropriate age for women in Tonglu County who did not use cervical cancer screening services.Active personnel,public officials,having family history of cervical cancer,work unit or community had provided screening services,and friends or doctors had recommended cervical cancer screening were protective factors(P＜0.05).Conclusion The utilization rate of cervical cancer screening services for appropriate age women in Tonglu County still needs to be improved,and corresponding strategies should be formulated according to the influencing factors to promote the utilization of cervical cancer screening services and protect women's health.
