Objective To understand the basic situation of noise hazards in a street printing industry in Shenzhen,and to provide scientific basis for effective prevention and control of noise hazards.Methods According to the number of employees,200 printing enterprises registered in a street in Shenzhen were divided into four scales:large,medium,small and micro.60 enterprises were selected as survey objects by stratified random sampling.SPSS 20.0 software was used to analyze the epidemiological characteristics.Results 96.7％of the 60 printing companies had noise related positions,among the 445 noise samples collected,69.0％were noisy positions and 25.2％were from positions with excessive noise.There were statistically significant differences in the over-standard rate,noise operation rate and noise over-standard rate among all posts(P＜0.05).There was a correlation between the exceedance of the printing position and the production load of enterprises(x2=4.14,P＜0.05).Conclusion The noise rate of a street printing enterprise in Shenzhen is high,which needs to be taken seriously.While implementing the"hearing protection plan"in the printing industry,hazardous factors such as noise and organic solvents should also be comprehensively considered,it is necessary to avoid workers working overtime,and improve their self-protection awareness by strengthening publicity and education,effectively reducing the harm of noise to their health.
