Conducting a research at the Zhuangqiao Community Hospital in Ningbo City to explore the establishment of a tuberculosis(TB)prevention and consultation clinic in community hospitals and its implementation effects.It aimed to improve public awareness of TB,reduce the risk of latent tuberculosis infection(LTBI)progressing to active TB,improve the prevention and treatment level of TB in the community through specialized TB consultation,screening,and preventive treatment services.The community hospital established a TB prevention clinic and implemented the"Three Screenings,Two Managements,and One Mobilization"strategy to achieve early detection,diagnosis and standardized management of TB patients and latent infections within the community.Additionally,the clinic introduced a modern information system to realize electronic management of patient health records and optimize clinic service processes.The results showed that the clinic provided services to a total of 38 consultants and carried out immunotherapy for 5 patients,thereby improving TB prevention and control effectiveness.It summarized the experiences of the Zhuangqiao Center in the construction and management of the TB prevention clinic,proposed strategies for further optimization of the entire process management and preventive treatment and provided practical experience for other community hospitals to reference.
