Objective To systematically evaluate the research status and development trends of family doctor contract services,identify research hotspots and frontiers,and provide a scientific basis for policy formulation and practice improvement.Methods Using CiteSpace 6.2.R7 software,relevant literature on family doctor contract services in CNKI and wos core journal collection was searched and screened,resulting in a total of 1 562 Chinese articles and 8 607 English articles.Techniques such as institutional collaboration,author collaboration,and keywords co-occurrence were employed to analyze research hotspots and trends.Results From 2016 to 2021,the number of Chinese publications on"family doctor contract services"increased from 60 to 271,indicating a high level of research interest.The annual volume of foreign literature remained between 800 and 1 000 articles,with close collaborative networks.The keyword"end"had a betweenness centrality of 0.61,reflecting a focus on patient health outcomes,while domestic research concentrated on chronic disease management,with the keyword"chronic disease"having a betweenness centrality of 0.47.Conclusion Future research should strengthen cooperation between domestic and international scholars,build close collaborative networks,focus on diverse populations,and draw on international experience to enhance the comprehensiveness and sustainability of family doctor contract services.
