Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)medical consortium is an important part of the construction of hierarchical medical system,and plays an important role in promoting the Healthy China strategy.All localities are exploring the construction of TCM medical consortium.However,with the development of the construction of TCM medical consortium,some problems have emerged,such as weak primary personnel strength,single health management model,insufficient information empowerment,and poor ability of primary level to undertake and transfer.How to solve these problems is a difficult problem for the development of TCM medical consortium and even the reform of medical system.Since the implementation of family doctor contract service,local governments have always adhered to the development concept of people's health as the center,paid attention to improving quality and efficiency,and building the capacity of contract performance.A comprehensive and multi-angle team service model has been established,and high-quality development has been achieved.In practice,exploring the application of family doctor contract service to the TCM medical consortium,to make up for some problems in the construction of TCM medical alliance and promote the development of TCM medical consortium.
