Objective To explore the current situation and equity of health resource allocation in professional public health institutions in Anhui Province.Methods Excel 2016 was used to conduct descriptive analysis on the data from 2018 to 2022,including the number of institutions,practicing(assistant)physicians,registered nurses and actual beds.The Gini coefficient and the concentration index were used to evaluate the fairness of resource allocation from the three dimensions of population,geographical area and per capita GDP.Results From 2018 to 2022,the Gini coefficient was between 0.150 0 and 0.550 0,showing the rationality of resource allocation.In some years,the Gini coefficient of the actual number of beds exceeded 0.4,showing a warning state.The concentration index ranged from-0.037 6 to 0.198 7.Conclusion The allocation of health resources in Anhui Province is generally fair,but there is an imbalance between regions.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the talent mechanism,rationally plan beds,promote the balanced development of health undertakings,and ensure the fair and reasonable use of resources.
