摘要
在当今信息多元和数字爆炸的时代,物联网、大数据、人工智能、云计算等现代数字技术相互依托、互为补充,共同推动了我国数字化建设.新冠病毒感染的全球大流行更是加速了数字技术在公共卫生领域的应用和发展,使得公共卫生有关数据来源更加广泛且数据结构愈发多样化.在回顾国内外公共卫生信息化发展进程后,发现物联网、遥感技术、5G通信技术、大数据、人工智能、云计算等前沿技术已在传染病监测预测预警、卫生应急处置、慢性病和免疫规划管理、食品安全管理、人才培养、健康宣教等公共卫生多个领域得到了有效应用并取得了诸多成果.尽管数字技术在公共卫生领域应用过程中面临新的挑战,但毋庸置疑的是,公共卫生数字化发展已成为未来的必然方向.
Abstract
In today's era of information diversity and digital explosion,modern digital technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence,and cloud computing rely on and complement each other,jointly promoting China's digital construction.Global pandemic of the COVID-19 infection has accelerated the application and development of digital technologies in the field of public health,and also made public health data sources more extensive and diversified data structures.After reviewing the development process of public health informatization at home and abroad,it is found that cutting-edge technologies such as the Internet of Things,remote sensing technology,5G communication technology,big data,artificial intelligence and cloud computing have been effectively applied in many public health fields such as infectious disease monitoring,prediction and early warning,health emergency response,chronic disease and immunization planning management,food safety management,personnel training,and health education,and many achievements have been achieved.Although the application of digital technology in the field of public health is facing new challenges,there is no doubt that the digital development of public health has become an inevitable direction in the future.
