In recent years,the frequent occurrence of public health emergencies in the world has brought severe challenges to hospital emergency management.Against this backdrop,it selects 10 tertiary public hospitals,including traditional Chinese medicine and comprehensive hospitals,as research objects,and collects relevant data from management through questionnaire surveys and expert interviews;to understand the current situation of emergency management in 10 public hospitals during public health emergencies,conduct a survey and research on human resource emergency management and performance incentives;to analyze the difficulties and key points of human resource management and performance incentives during public health emergencies,and compare them with ordinary management,summarize the common patterns of emergency management,combination of emergency and peacetime situations,and transformation of emergency and peacetime situations.It shares the practical practices of emergency human resource management and performance incentives under the combination of emergency and peacetime situations,provides reference for improving the emergency service capabilities of public hospitals.
