Objective Exploring the current situation of personnel for disease prevention and control in primary medical institutions in Cixi City,and analyzing its influencing factors.Methods Using questionnaire and inquiry methods to collect data on the number and profession of full-time disease prevention and control personnel engaged in disease prevention and control work and on duty in primary medical institutions in Cixi City from 2016 to 2022,and analyze their current configuration status,using a binary logistic regression model to analyze its influencing factors.Results There were 273 disease prevention and control personnel on duty in Cixi City from 2016 to 2022,and the differences in their characteristics were statistically significant(P＜0.01).The main factors affecting the allocation of disease control personnel were nursing majors,and work experience≤5 years,the OR values(95％CI)were 0.205(0.073,0.571)and 0.012(0.003,0.047),respectively.Conclusion The number of disease control personnel in primary medical institutions in Cixi City is insufficient,and the professional structure is not reasonable enough,and the disease control team is not stable enough.A scientific and reasonable mechanism for introducing and incentivizing disease control talents should be established,the allocation of disease control personnel should be optimized,and a solid grassroots disease control network should be weaved.
