With the arrival of the aging society,reasonable responsibility positioning of public medical and elderly care combined service institutions not only affects the elderly feeling and happiness,but also affects the healthy development of pension enterprise in our country,it needs to clear the responsibility positioning of public medical and elderly care combined service institutions in medical and elderly care combined service,to provide theoretical support for promoting the healthy development of them.Based on the demand spillover theory,it analyzes the specific content of spillover demand for the combination of public medical and elderly care,discusses the problems of public medical and elderly care service institutions in providing pension personnel humanitarian demand,moderate demand,luxury demand to elderly,clears the responsibility positioning of them in medical and elderly care combined service,which provides theoretical support for promoting the healthy development of them.Based on 3 aspects of the responsibility positioning of public medical and elderly care service institutions proposed by the demand spillover theory,it will provides directional guidance for public medical and elderly care service institutions,which is conducive to clarifying their own responsibilities and missions,and reasonably positioning their work responsibilities and service contents.
