Exploration on the non-contact law enforcement model of Traditional Chinese Medicine medical institutions based on the"Smart Health Supervision"platform
The traditional supervision mode can not match the professional requirements of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The application of non-contact law enforcement has become an inevitable trend to strengthen the supervision of Traditional Chinese Medicine medical institutions.Based on the construction of the"Smart Health Supervision",Shanghai has collected the supervision information,sorted out 21 key regulatory points in 4 categories,constructed the early warning and disposal feedback mechanism,explored the formation of a closed-loop supervision model characterized by"panoramic display-problem mining-risk early warning-timely disposal-feedback evaluation".Combined with the construction practice of the"Smart Health Supervision"platform,it proposes to smooth the collection and sharing of diagnosis and treatment data,expand the application scenarios of non-contact law enforcement,strengthen the training of supervision and law enforcement personnel adapting to the requirements of digital transformation,improve the differentiated regulatory measures based on credit supervision,providing reference for improving the non-contact law enforcement mode and the regulatory efficiency.
