摘要
目的 通过对开封市养老机构失能老人照护质量进行评估,明确失能老人照护现状及需求,提高养老机构失能老人照护水平.方法 采用一般情况调查、依据SERVQUAL模型自制的调查问卷等工具对开封市有代表性的公立养老机构进行调查,对机构失能老人发放问卷,采用代填的形式完成问卷调查.通过Stata15.0软件进行统计分析.结果 养老机构有形性、可靠性、移情性各指标综合服务质量得分分别为-82.60分、-76.25分、-72.25分,处于相对较低水平.响应性和移情性各指标综合服务质量得分分别为-53.50分、-51.75分.说明养老机构整体专业化水平和人文关怀较低.结论 建议养老机构在优化软硬件设施、合理配置医护人员与照护人员、加强失能老人心理支持和关怀、加强照护人员积极性等方面进行完善,以提高养老机构的服务质量.
Abstract
Objective Through the assessment of the care quality for disabled elderly in elderly care institutions in Kaifeng City,to clarify the current situation and needs of care for the disabled elderly,and to improve the level of care for the disabled elderly in elderly care institutions.Methods A general survey,a self-made questionnaire based on the SERVQUAL model and other tools were used to survey representative public nursing institutions in Kaifeng City,the questionnaires were issued to the institution's disabled elderly,and were completed in the form of substitute filling.Statistical analysis was carried out through STATA 15.0 software.Results The comprehensive service quality scores of the indicators of tangibility,reliability and empathy of the elderly institutions were-82.6,-76.25 and-72.25 respectively,which were at a relatively low level.The comprehensive service quality scores for each indicator of responsiveness and empathy were-53.5 and-51.75 respectively,indicating that the overall professionalization level and humanistic care of senior care institutions were low.Conclusion It is recommended that elderly care institutions optimize hardware and software facilities,rationally allocate medical and nursing staff and caregivers,strengthen psychological support and care for the disabled elderly,and enhance the motivation of caregivers to meet the diversified needs of the elderly,so as to improve the quality of services provided by elderly care institutions.
