Health care integration service is an important strategy to address the aging population problem in Heilongjiang Province.It conducts a study on the health care integration service in Heilongjiang Province based on the PEST-SWOT model,and proposes strategies.On the political dimension,the Heilongjiang Provincial government actively responded to national policies and issued a series of local policy documents and regulations,but there are still problems of insufficient policy coordination due to multi-department management;on the economic dimension,the market demand for health care integration service is huge,but it is limited by the low payment ability of low-income elderly people and the problems of medical and nursing resources docking;on the social dimension,there is a shortage of composite talents and they are affected by traditional concepts,and some elderly people and their families hold a cautious attitude towards health care integration service;on the technical dimension,although Heilongjiang Province has the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine resources,some institutions have a single service model,and the technical popularization and application are insufficient.It is suggested that the policy support should be fully utilized,the medical and nursing resources should be integrated,the promotion and publicity should be strengthened,the professional talents should be cultivated and introduced,and the technological innovation should be promoted to promote the high-quality development of health care integration service in Heilongjiang Province.
