Objective To investigate the management status of pregnant women with human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection in Jinhua City and to analyze the effectiveness of the countermeasures implemented.Methods A total of 100 pregnant women with HIV-infection,consecutively screened by the Jinhua Centers for Disease Control and Pre-vention,were selected as study subjects.Face-to-face questionnaires were conducted by uniformly trained investigators.Results Among the pregnant women with HIV-infection,those who tested positive during pregnancy differed significant-ly from those who tested positive only during childbirth in terms of residence,living alone,family support,and educa-tion level(P<0.001).Specifically,78.00%of pregnant women had good acceptance of HIV screening during pregnan-cy;82.00%showed good adherence to antiviral drug treatment;80.00%participated in timely follow-up;67.00%re-ceived moderate to high levels of social support.Conclusion Pregnant women with HIV-infection in Jinhua City demon-strate a high level of acceptance towards prenatal management,excellent adherence to treatment,active participation in follow-up,and extensive social support.The management of pregnant women shows a positive development trend.However,further improvements are needed in the management of pregnant women with HIV-infection to ensure the health of mothers and infants.
