摘要
目的 调查杭州市18～59岁脑卒中患者自我健康管理水平及影响因素.方法 采用便利抽样法,选取杭州市上城区210例18～59岁脑卒中患者作为调查对象,收集人口学信息、疾病资料.采用脑卒中自我管理行为量表、社会支持评定量表、中文版自我效能量表进行调查.结果 18～59岁脑卒中患者自我管理得分为(76.15±19.03)分.文化程度(t=4.328)、家庭人均月收入(t=4.677)、居住地(t=2.514)、自我效能(t=3.296)、社会支持(t=4.034)、健康素养(t=3.935)是患者自我健康管理水平的影响因素(P＜0.05).结论 18～59岁脑卒中患者自我健康管理呈中等水平,主要受文化程度、家庭收入、居住地、健康素养、自我效能、社会支持水平等因素影响.建议根据相关因素针对性地制定个体化干预措施,并积极构建完善的社会支持关系网络,以提升患者自我健康管理水平.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the self-health management level and influencing factors of stroke patients aged from 18 to 59 years in Hangzhou.Methods Using convenience sampling method,210 stroke patients aged 18 to 59 from Shangcheng District,Hangzhou City,were selected as the research subjects,and demographic information and disease data were collected;stroke self-management behavior scale,social support rating scale and Chinese self-efficacy scale were used.Results Self-healgh management score of stroke patients aged from 18 to 59 years was scored(76.15±19.03),and educational level(t=4.328),per capita monthly income of the family(t=4.677),place of residence(t=2.514),self-efficacy(t=3.296),social support(t=4.034),and health literacy(t=3.935)were the influencing factors of the patients'self-health management level(P＜0.05).Conclusion Self-health management of stroke patients aged from 18 to 59 years is moderate,mainly influenced by factors such as educational level,family income,place of residence,self-efficacy,social support,and level of health literacy.It is Recommend to target individualized interventions based on relevant factors,and improve patients'self-health management level.
