摘要

目的 了解重庆口岸输入性甲型H1N1流感病毒的基因特征,为重庆口岸流感防控提供参考.方法 使用高通量测序法对重庆口岸2023年1-6月检出的4株甲型H1N1流感病毒进行全基因组测序,使用生物信息学软件分析病毒株的全基因组特征.结果 重庆口岸2023年1-6月检出的4株甲型H1N1流感病毒株属于6B.1A.5a.2a和6B.1A.5a.2a.1进化分支,与世界卫生组织推荐的2023年北半球疫苗株相比,HA基因和NA基因序列无明显变化,抗原性和对神经氨酸酶敏感性也未发生明显改变.结论 4株病毒株未出现具有流行病学意义的变异,与疫苗株匹配性好.

Abstract

Objective To understand the genetic characteristics of imported influenza A(H1N1)virus at Chongqing port,and provide reference for influenza prevention and control at Chongqing port.Methods High throughput sequencing was used to sequence the whole genome of 4 strains of influenza A(H1N1)virus detected at Chongqing port from January to June 2023.The bioinformatics softwares were used to analyze the genomic characteristics of the virus strains.Results The 4 strains of influenza A(H1N1)virus detected at Chongqing port from January to June 2023 belonged to the evolutionary branches of 6B.1A.5a.2a and 6B.1A.5a.2a.Compared with the 2023 northern hemisphere vaccine strain recommended by World Health Organization,there was no significant change in the HA and NA gene sequences,and there was no significant change in antigenicity and sensitivity to neuraminidase.Conclusion The 4 virus strains did not show any epidemiological significant mutation and matched well with the vaccine strains.
