Analysis of human papilloma virus infection among gynecological examination population at Chongqing port from 2019 to 2022
Objective To analyze the infection status of human papilloma virus(HPV)and the distribution of genotypes in gynecological examination population at Chongqing port.Methods PCR reverse dot hybridization method was used to test HPV and typing on gynecological health examination personnel at Chongqing International Travel Healthcare Center from January 2019 to December 2022,including 25 HPV subtypes.Results A total of 2 123 women who received HPV genotypes detection,with 215 cases of HPV infection,the general infection rate was 10.13%.High-risk HPV infection was found in 169 cases,and the infection rate was 7.96%.Due to the presence of multiple infection,the actual infection frequency of HPV genotypes in 215 females was 282,the highest frequency of infection in 20-<30 age group was 143,and the infection rate was 6.74%.According to the actual frequency of infection,the top five high-risk HPV genotypes were HPV52(3.34%),53(1.08%),16(0.85%),58(0.80%)and 51(0.66%).167 female were HPV single infection,the infection rate was 7.87%.Among them,41 cases were low-risk infections,with infection rate of 1.93%,126 high-risk cases and infection rate of 5.93%.The top five high-risk HPV genotypes were 52(2.17%),53(0.71%),51(0.47%),16(0.42%)and 58(0.38%).48 cases were multiple infections with HPV,the infection rate was 2.26%(48/2123).Among them,34 cases were double infection,accounted for 15.81%of the cases,the infection rate was 1.60%,and 14 cases were multiple infection,accounted for 6.51%of the cases,and the infection rate was 0.66%.The main HPV genotypes for multiple infection was HPV52.The difference of infection rate of single infection,double infections,multiple infection in different age groups was statistically significant(y2=19.5904,P=0.0120),the highest HPV infection rate between 20-<30 years old,followed by 30-<40 years.Conclusion The mainly human papilloma virus infection of the gynecological health examiners at Chongqing port was single infection,the highest infection rate was in aged 20-<30 years old group.
