福州市境外输入新冠病毒感染病例流行病学特征

目的 分析福州市境外输入新冠病毒感染病例的流行病学特征,为疫情防控提供依据。方法 从中国疾病预防控制信息系统收集2020年3月17 日-2023年6月30日的境外输入新冠病毒感染病例资料,面对面调查病例的感染来源国家/地区、新冠疫苗接种、入境检测阳性时间、治愈时间,通过随访调查病例的复阳情况。结果 2020年3月17日福州市发现首例境外输入病例,截至2023年6月30日共报告980例境外输入病例,其中无症状感染者753例(76。84%)、确诊病例227例(23。16%)。在2020年9月、2021年1月及2022年3月、8月和11月出现波峰,最高波峰出现在2022年 11 月,峰值达 126例。印度尼西亚(202/980,20。61%)、日本(188/980,19。18%)、中国香港(176/980,17。96%)、美国(154/980,15。71%)是主要的感染来源国家和地区。病例以男性、中年为主,平均年龄(39。56±14。92)岁,确诊病例的平均年龄高于无症状感染者(t=2。433,P=0。015)。无症状感染者的疫苗接种率(617/753,81。94%)高于确诊病例(166/227,73。13%)(x2=8。431,P=0。004)。境外输入病例大部分在3d内被检测出阳性,病例的核酸检测Ct值中位数为30。70,确诊病例的Ct值中位数(26。95)低于无症状感染者(31。40)(Z=6。656,P<0。001)。病例的治愈时间的中位数为16。00d,确诊病例的治愈时间中位数(22。00d)高于无症状感染者(16。00d)(Z=9。081,P<0。001)。总体病例的复阳率为11。12%(109/980),确诊病例的复阳率(37/227,16。30%)高于无症状感染者(72/753,9。56%)(x2=8。010,P=0。005)。结论 福州市境外输入病例以男性、中年、无症状感染为主,主要来自印度尼西亚、日本、中国香港和美国。相比于无症状感染者,确诊病例的疫苗接种率、核酸检测Ct值较低,平均年龄、入境后被检测出阳性的时间、治愈时间和复阳率较高。
Epidemiological characteristics of imported SARS-CoV-2 infection cases from abroad in Fuzhou city
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of imported SARS-CoV-2 infection cases from abroad in Fuzhou,to provide the scientific basis for the prevention and control.Methods The data of imported SARS-CoV-2 infection cases from abroad was collected from China information system for disease control and prevention during March 17 in 2020 to June 30 in 2023.The data of those cases was investigated by face-to-face,including the source countries/regions of infection,the vaccination,positive time after entry and the time to cure.The positive recovery was investigated through the follow-up.Results Since the first imported SARS-CoV-2 infection case from abroad was reported on March 17,2020 in Fuzhou,as of June 30 in 2023,980 imported cases had been reported including 753 asymptomatic infected cases(76.84%)and 227 confirmed cases(23.16%).The peak appeared in September in 2020,January in 2021,March,August and November in 2022.The highest peak was in November in 2022,with a number of 126 cases.The 4 most important sources of infection were Indonesia(202/980,20.61%),Japan(188/980,19.18%),Hong Kong,China(176/980,17.96%)and the United States(154/980,15.71%).Most of the cases were male and middle-aged.The mean age was(39.56±14.92)years,the average age of confirmed cases was higher than that of asymptomatic infection cases(t=2.433,P=0.015).The vaccination rate of asymptomatic infection cases(617/753,81.94%)was higher than that of confirmed cases(166/227,73.13%)(x2=8.431,P=0.004).The positive time of most cases was mainly found in 3 days after entry.The median value of nucleic acid detection Ct was 30.70,the median Ct value of confirmed cases(26.95)was lower than that of asymptomatic infection cases(31.40)(Z=6.656,P<0.001).The median time to cure was 16.00 days,the cure time for confirmed cases(22.00 days)was longer than that for asymptomatic infection cases(16.00 days)(Z=9.081,P<0.001).The general positive recovery rate was 11.12%(109/980),the positive recovery rate of confirmed cases(37/227,16.30%)was higher than that of asymptomatic infected cases(72/753,9.56%)(x2=8.010,P=0.005).Conclusion Most of the imported SARS-CoV-2 infection cases from abroad were male,middle-aged and asymptomatic infected.The cases mainly came from Indonesia,Japan,Hong Kong,China and the United States.Compared to asymptomatic infection cases,the vaccination rate and nucleic acid detection Ct value were lower,the average age,positive time after entry,cure time and positive recovery rate were higher than confirmed cases.
