Research on the construction of infectious disease prevention and control system in China's ports based on the literature content analysis
Objective To clarify the current difficulties in the prevention and control system of infectious diseases at ports in China,and to lay the foundation for building a solid health inspection defense at ports in China.Methods Using China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)as the main platform for literature collection,through systematic searching and reviewing the relevant literature on the construction of port infectious disease prevention and control system from 2017 to 2022,to understand and analyze the problems of China's port infectious disease prevention and control system.The hierarchical analysis method and other methods were used to clarify the priority order of each problem,corresponding solutions were also proposed.Results A total of 2 496 relevant journal articles were retrieved,and 133 articles were included in the analysis through systematic review.By clarifying the priority of each problem,it could be found that the main problems of China's port infectious disease prevention and control system ere mainly concentrated in the system elements of resource allocation(including 10 problems,the weight of the problem accounted for 36.09％),prevention and control operation(including 3 problems,the weight of the problem accounted for 24.66％),and the organizational system(including 2 problems,the weight of the problem accounted for 19.94％).Conclusion It is urgently need to increase the effective investment of technical,human,financial and other resources in the prevention and control system of infectious diseases at ports,establish an intelligent monitoring and early warning system for infectious disease epidemics at ports,and strengthen the information sharing and risk communication among different departments.
