Current status and research progress of SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid detection technology based on point-of-care testing
Point-of-care testing(POCT)is a convenient,fast and low-cost testing technology,which conforms to the efficient and fast-paced social operation mode and satisfies needs for rapid diagnosis.POCT has been widely used in clinical diagnosis and treatment,port inspection,disease prevention and control,and other fields.At present,POCT has developed from traditional technologies(dry chemistry and immunochromatography)to new technologies(biosensors and biochips),and has played an important role in the rapid detection and screening of SARS-CoV-2 in COVID-19 epidemic.This article shared recent advances in POCT-bested testing for COVID-19,in order to provide more diagnostics in response to the ongoing pandemic.
