Methods of bioaerosol collection and analysis in hospital settings
Pathogenic microorganisms usually spread in the air in the form of bioaerosol.When the human body is exposed to different bioaerosols,it may cause corresponding infectious diseases.The indoor diagnosis and treatment environment is relatively closed and large flow of people,with complex aerosol composition,effective collection and detection of it is particularly important.This article reviewed the collection and detection of bioaerosols from different components of indoor diagnostic and therapeutic settings,with a particular focus on the effects of microbial activity on specific populations,will provide more ideas for the study of pathogenic bioaerosol in diagnostic and therapeutic sys-tems.
