Current situation and epidemiological characteristics of rifampicin resistance of active pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Hai'an People's Hospital
Objective To provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of active pulmonary tuberculosis patients according to the current situation and prevalence of rifampicin resistance of active pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Hai'an People's Hospital. Methods The medical records of active pulmonary tuberculosis patients admitted to Hai'an People's Hospital from 2021 to 2022 were collected, chest imaging and etiological examination,as well as T cell testing for tuberculosis infection were performed. The proportional drug sensitivity test was used to test rifampicin sensitivity. Results A total of 235 active pulmonary tuberculosis patients were collected during the survey, with males accounted for 80.85%,the patients aged 26-59 accounted for 62.13%,farmers accounted for 59.57%,patients married accounted for 69.79%.199 cases were positive for sputum smear, accounted for 84.68%.In 2021,there was 1 case(0.89%)with rifampicin resistance, and in 2022,there were 2 cases(1.63%).The total resistance rate to rifampicin was 1.28%,the rifampicin resistance rate of tuberculosis patients with positive etiology was 1.51%.The drug resistance rate to rifampicin in newly pathogenic positive patients(0.00%)was lower than that in retreated pathogenic positive patients(2.52%),but the difference was not significant(x2=2.047 7,P=0.152 4).Conclusion The drug resistance rate to rifampicin in retreated pathogenic positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients and pathogenic positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients aged 26-59 years in Hai'an was higher,so the prevention and control should focus on young adult population.
